All art is spiritual. When you focus all your awareness and attention on your creative activity, the range of your consciousness is narrowed down, shutting out all the peripheral worldly thoughts, that are constantly cluttering the conscious mind.
Disturbing thoughts concerning health, relationships, world affairs, business deadlines, etc., are replaced by peace and tranquility, a state of mind that enables you to access your inner self, your higher self, allowing your senses to awaken to a state of heightened awareness and consciousness. You are in-spirit, you are inspired.
