50th. Anniversary of HH. Dalai Lama in exile

“Today, the religion, culture, language and identity, which successive generations of Tibetans have considered more precious than their lives, are nearing extinction,” said the Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of Tibetans, speaking today in Dharamsala, India, the Himalayan town that is the seat of the Tibetan government in exile.

"Tibetans in Tibet are living a Hell on Earth" he added, "but there is no doubt that the justice of the Tibetan cause will prevail if we continue to tread a path of truth and non-violence".
